- Real Estate Development Department: securing land ownership, obtaining construction permits and implementing the financing and management of the construction project
- Residential Sales Department: defining housing typologies and providing support for buyers of commonholds/condominiums
- Apartment Building Management Department: promoting the buildings to ensure that they are rented as soon as possible, under optimal conditions
