How do I go about finding an apartment?
To increase your chances of finding the perfect home, you need to clearly define what you are looking for, including the number of rooms, the cost of rent, the neighbourhood and the unit type. Set up notifications and be amongst the first to view new listings related to your search.
Are all of the properties available for rent listed on the website?
No. Properties only appear on the website at the owner’s request. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
If I am interested in a rental, what is the procedure?
Click on the Apply Online button and create an account by entering your email address and creating a password. With this link, you can create your application file online.
Do I need to fill out a rental application if there is no guarantee that my application will be accepted?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to fill out the rental application to maximise your chances.
May I submit applications for more than one rental?
Yes, absolutely! If you are shortlisted, it would be our pleasure to notify you.
How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to terminate my lease? Do I have to suggest someone to take over the lease before I leave?
Each lease is subject to its own terms and conditions. Please contact your lease manager.
Are visits mandatory? Can I submit an application without having seen the apartment?
As a rule, visits are mandatory; however, in some cases, we may make an exception.
What are your tips to sell my property at the best price?
Have a look around your property ! Clean. Tidy. Redo the paint. Pay attention to the external layout. Consider the idea of renovation to preserve your property and increase its value. Trust us: we have your best interest at heart when we assess your property.

If I am selling my home, how useful is a real estate agency?

🎉 Retour en images sur les 25 ans de Malley-Lumières
À l’occasion de cet anniversaire, nos équipes se sont mobilisées pour faire vivre le centre et proposer plusieurs temps forts aux visiteurs, aux familles et aux commerçants.
Grand jeu-concours, roue de la fortune, photobooth, animations pour les enfants, rencontre avec la mascotte Lumi et nombreuses surprises ont rythmé les festivités jusqu’à la grande journée anniversaire organisée le 29 août.
Ces 25 ans ont été l’occasion de célébrer l’histoire de Malley Lumières, mais aussi de rappeler ce qui fait la force d’un centre commercial : sa capacité à créer du lien, à rassembler et à offrir une expérience vivante et conviviale à celles et ceux qui le fréquentent au quotidien.
À la SPG, nous sommes fiers d’accompagner Malley Lumières dans sa gestion et son animation, en collaboration étroite avec les commerçants et partenaires du centre.
