Condominium ownership (PPE) is a particular form of co-ownership. Each co-owner has an exclusive right of enjoyment and use of their floor unit, and has a share of co-ownership in the common areas of the entire building. The SPG real estate management companies manage all kinds of PPE housing throughout the Lake Geneva region, in the canton of Geneva and in the canton of Vaud.
