The SPG Real Estate Developments department serves institutional and private project owners, and manages all types of real estate projects. Our passion for construction, renovation and real estate development is combined with a firm commitment to sustainable development, based on its three pillars: environmental preservation, social equity and economic development.

We operate throughout the Lake Geneva region, with a strong focus on the canton of Geneva, including the municipalities of Cologny, Vandoeuvres, Chêne-Bougeries, Veyrier, Onex, Vernier and Versoix.

Managing real estate developments requires mastery of all administrative procedures as well as strict quality control, at all levels and with all suppliers. From the start of a project, we activate synergies between professionals from all the trades involved, and we surround ourselves with selected and trusted partners. The latter are subject to a performance assessment and a control of permanent staff; they are also subject to filtering by biannual scanning.

At each stage of your project

The Real Estate Developments department is involved at each stage of your real estate project:

  • Assessment of the commercial viability of the project: does it meet market needs? How to limit risks in the event of market developments or reversals?
  • Creation of a preliminary project and a feasibility study through architects and landscape architects, both Swiss and international
  • Handling the formalities for obtaining a building permit: establishing a financial plan, dealing with the authorities
  • Possible call for a general company, check of the solvency of the bidding companies
  • Approaches to banks for financing
