The rental management department represents the very essence of SPG and its owner clients; the development and maintenance of real estate is a tradition.
The challenge? Take charge of several hundred million rental statements on a daily basis, while ensuring the satisfaction of everyone – owner, tenant and supplier. Active throughout the Lake Geneva region, including the cantons of Vaud and Geneva, our department offers a wide range of rental properties such as housing, apartments, commercial premises and offices.
In order to ensure the management of a real estate portfolio of 41,000 properties, our real estate management company has structured its teams into several autonomous groups. Each group is made up of a manager and an assistant, dedicated to informing our clients of available offers, organising visits and taking care of all administrative procedures related to rental management. Close collaboration with our accounting and IT departments guarantees the effectiveness of our approach.

Our owner clients benefit from a single point of contact who manages and knows their file perfectly on technical, financial and administrative levels. Therefore, rapid actions – relocations, works – can be implemented. In addition, particular care is taken in producing documents addressed to owners, such as rental statements, budgets and comparisons over several years. These are available at all times, on our secure SPG Online platform. Thanks to a significant real estate portfolio under management, we have developed our own statistical tools, which allow us to anticipate trends, for the benefit of all our clients.
