The dossier was successfully concluded within the regulatory deadlines for requesting the construction permit. Authorisation has now been granted, thus ensuring the initiation of works.
The project management was ensured from the first stages with the constitution of a dedicated representative team. Coordination with the cantonal and communal authorities enabled the proper progression from requesting the construction permit. A tender process for a general contractor was then launched leading to the conclusion of a contract with the successful company.

Customised commercialisation

The commercialisation of the residential units was managed in its entirety by the SPG Residential sales department, on plan.
