An urban project at the heart of Chêne-Bourg
Located at Chemin de la Mousse 16 at Chêne-Bourg, building A of PLQ “La Mousse” adopts a contemporary vision of urban development, integrating housing and activity spaces in a setting designed to enhance the well-being of the residents. This ambitious project aims to respond to the growing demand for housing in a manner compatible with controlled and sustainable densification, notably by attaining the THPE (very high energy performance) standard.

A new way of living
Building A at PLQ “La Mousse” favours contemporary and functional architecture, emphasising quality spaces and harmonious integration in the urban environment. The project subscribes to a sustainable development logic, guaranteeing improved energetic efficiency and an optimal way of life for future residents.
This first building for the future quarter is a strategic response to Geneva’s issues with housing and urban renewal at Chêne-Bourg.
