An area of human proportions with an urban-green blend
Located at the gates of Carouge Old Town, Cité Léopard is a new urban landmark, combining architectural quality, energy performance and everyday comforts. Inaugurated in autumn 2024, this vast residential area redefines the housing codes by harmoniously integrating 284 residential units and commercial areas around a vibrant central park.

Designed with serenity and brightness in mind, Cité Léopard offers 2 to 6-room apartments. The residential units of 4.5 to 6 rooms all come with spacious balconies extending the interior space to the exterior.
At the centre of the island, a wooded park open to all animates the surroundings:
- A place for the inhabitants to meet and relax
- Public pedestrian and cycle paths through the development
- Green space in the heart of an area in full evolution
Public mandate, privately managed
In the context of this project, the Real estate developments department of SPG was mandated by the city of Carouge and the Real Estate Foundation of the City of Carouge (FIVC) to manage the construction of a mixed-use building with:
- Residential units with the Minergie® P label and THPE (very high energy performance) certification
- Recreational areas on the ground floor to add life to the area
