Completed in the summer of 2024, this residential project comprises two buildings with THPE (very high energy performance) certification, integrating a wood-concrete mix to limit their carbon footprint. The 33 apartments comprising non-profit mixed occupancy housing (HM LUP) and condominiums, offer floor space of between 43 and 105m². Modern and functional, these modern 3-6 room residential units respond to the needs of families and workers looking for somewhere quiet to live with good transport links, close to Geneva.
Designed for the residents’ comfort, these buildings have balconies and spacious terraces plus underground parking with 41 spaces, 6 visitor spaces and outside space for 42 bicycles.
Given its strategic location, this project is very well connected to Geneva and the surrounding area.
Complete management ensured by SPG
As the project lead, SPG has ensured:
- the management of the real estate development, from the initial survey to handing over the keys
- rental management to find and install tenants
- the commercialisation of the non-profit mixed occupancy housing and condominiums; all lots were taken prior to completion
