Completed in the summer of 2024, this residential development comprises two buildings with THPE (very high energy-efficient performance) certification, using a wood-concrete mix to limit their carbon footprint. The 33 apartments comprising mixed-occupancy public housing (HM LUP) and commonholds/condominiums range from 43 m² to 105 m². The modern, functional 3–6 room residential units meet the needs of families and workers looking for a quiet, easily accessible place to live near Geneva.
Designed with the comfort of residents in mind, these buildings feature balconies, spacious terraces and 41 underground parking spaces, in addition to 6 visitor spaces and outdoor space for 42 bicycles.
Given its strategic location, this development offers convenient access to Geneva and the surrounding area.

- Real estate development management, from the initial surveys to handover of the keys
- Apartment Building Management to find tenants and move them in
- Marketing and sale of the mixed-occupancy public housing and commonholds/condominiums, finding buyers for all units prior to completion
