Designed to offer peaceful, light-filled living conditions, Cité Léopard offers 2- to 6-room apartments featuring spacious balconies that extend the interior space towards the outside.
At the centre of the island, a wooded public park enlivens the surroundings by providing the following:
- A place for the inhabitants to meet and relax
- Public pedestrian and bicycle paths traversing the development
- Green space in the heart of a rapidly developing area
Public mandate, private management
For this project, the City of Carouge and the Real Estate Foundation of the City of Carouge (FIVC) contracted the SPG Real Estate Development Department to manage the construction of a mixed-use building featuring the following:
- Residential units meeting Minergie-P and THPE standards for very high energy-efficient performance
- Recreational areas on the ground floor to invigorate the neighbourhood
