Work began in 2023 on a 5,600 m² aboveground area, primarily dedicated to modern, flexible economic activities in the manufacturing sector.

Phase 2 – « Les Fabriques des Morgines », 30,000 m² of SFA above ground to come, 15,600 m2 of SFA for the secondary sector and 14,700 m2 for the tertiary sector.
Initiated in 2024, the second phase of the development is set to fulfil a unique proposition: commercial and industrial space to respond to the needs of today’s companies. The architectural plans guarantee full compliance with all currently effective permits and standards of functionality.

“Les Fabriques des Morgines” offer exceptional layout flexibility: high ceilings, scalable facades, 5T hoists, loading docks, and an underground delivery area. In addition, there are many interior parking spaces, bike stands and easy access to public transport.
