SPG will guide you through each step of the purchasing process. From carefully selecting the property to closing the sale, we leave nothing to chance.
Plan your venture and prepare your financing
Together, we will analyse your wants and needs, define a realistic goal and verify your financial capacity. In Switzerland, a minimum deposit of 20 percent is required in order to avoid excessive debt, in keeping with the requirements of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). It is also important to anticipate notary costs, which include state taxes and fees.
Visit the properties
We will save you precious time by selecting properties based on your criteria. You will also benefit from exclusive access to new listings, including confidential off-market properties.
Make an offer
After a final visit, it will be time to make an offer. We work with you to help you put it together.
Sign the authenticated deed and finalise your purchase
We will organise all of the formalities with the notary of your choice to draft a deed of sale reflecting the agreed conditions.
Receive the keys and take possession
Handing over the keys symbolises the conclusion of your transaction. You will receive the keys and become the official owner of the property once the seller has signed the authenticated deed, unless you have agreed on a different date in the contract.
