Our commitment to quality, embodied in our Quality Charter, is reflected in our constant willingness to challenge and improve our practices. Client feedback helps us better understand expectations, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously enhance our services. Mystery shopper surveys provide valuable insights into the client journey, while our annual SPG Day strengthens collaboration, knowledge sharing and team cohesion.
Developing our employees’ skills is a cornerstone of this approach. In 2025, our teams completed 62 training programmes, including 8 Federal Diplomas and 14 behavioural and management training courses, complemented by nearly 80 professional seminars. SPG also holds the USPI Genève Training Label and runs its internal SPG Talks programme, dedicated to sharing best practices and reinforcing our culture of quality.
In addition, alongside our Supplier Charter, we conduct a monthly internal assessment of our partners to ensure that their services consistently meet our quality standards.
