How to find an apartment
To increase your chances of finding the perfect home, you need to clearly define what you are looking for, including the number of rooms, the cost of rent, the neighbourhood and the unit type. Set up notifications and be amongst the first to view new listings related to your search.
Are all of the properties available for rent listed on the website?
No. Properties only appear on the website at the owner’s request. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
If I am interested in a rental, what is the procedure?
Click on the Apply Online button and create an account by entering your email address and creating a password. With this link, you can create your application file online.

Do I need to fill out a rental application if there is no guarantee that my application will be accepted?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to fill out the rental application to maximise your chances.
May I submit applications for more than one rental?
Yes, absolutely! If you are shortlisted, it would be our pleasure to notify you.
How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to terminate my lease? Do I have to suggest someone to take over the lease before I leave?
Each lease is subject to its own terms and conditions. Please contact your lease manager.
Are visits mandatory? Can I submit an application without having seen the apartment?
As a rule, visits are mandatory; however, in some cases, we may make an exception.
