Société Privée de Gérance has been awarded the the SIG Energy Transition Award in the category of Real Estate for the second time running. This award is the fruit of several years’ work by the company’s employees.

The SIG Energy Transition Awards

Each year, the SIG Energy Transition awards reward local Geneva companies and collectives for their strong commitment to energy savings and use of local renewable energies. By 2023, more than 2,700 participants (companies, local authorities, craftsmen, property owners and real estate companies) were accompanied by SIG via the SIG-éco21 program, which aims to implement concrete actions to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The results are impressive, with savings of 252 GWh/year, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 84,000 households.
