Gilles Léonard has spent a significant part of his career with a leading French company in development and construction across Europe. He began as a sales engineer in France and then spent five years in London managing real estate projects for the same group. Subsequently, he specialized in student housing with the creation of the Uliving brand. He also led Linkcity Poland SA in Warsaw before becoming Director of Real Estate Development at Losinger-Marazzi in Geneva. For the past four years, Gilles has headed the Real Estate Development and Environment & Energy Departments at SPG, while also serving on the boards of several real estate companies.

He holds an engineering degree from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) and a Specialized Master’s in Urban Planning from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC).
