After studying law, Caroline Pinatel chose to specialize in real estate, earning her diploma from the Institut en Études Immobilières (IEI) in 2005. Since then, she has climbed the ranks to become the Managing Director of Régie du Rhône SA.

Deeply committed to her field, she enhanced her academic credentials by obtaining an advanced diploma in property management in 2013. Her passion for sharing knowledge led her to teach at the APGCI, enthusiastically guiding apprentices and real estate agency employees, as well as at the SVIT School’s Federal Certificate of Property Managers program. Additionally, she actively contributes as a member of the committees of APGCI and SVIT Romandie, playing a significant role in advancing and improving her industry.

In 2022, Caroline took a new step in her career by joining SPG as Director of Property Management and Condominiums, where she continues to bring her energy and expertise to the company.
