Adrien Bau took over the management of Prorenova in March 2023. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from INSA Lyon and a specialized master’s in Entrepreneurship from EM Lyon.

With 15 years of experience in the construction sector, Adrien has developed significant expertise, particularly during his time with a major Swiss general contractor, Steiner Construction SA.

As a member of the executive committee, he represents the renovation-focused entity and works closely with other departments within the group to meet the expectations of property owners in French-speaking Switzerland and enhance the value of real estate in the Lake Geneva region.
