The application for a building permit was filed within the appropriate regulatory deadlines. Authorisation has now been granted, allowing the work to commence.
Project management was provided from the beginning with the formation of a dedicated representative team. Coordination with the appropriate cantonal and communal authorities enabled the project to progress once the application for a building permit had been submitted. A public tender process for a general contractor was then initiated, leading to a contract with the winning bidder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
