In the works for over ten years, this real estate development on two parcels of land in Lancy embodies a clear vision: intelligent urban intensification and the creation of a new hub of mixed activities combining industrial and service-sector uses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work began in 2023 on a 5,600 m\u00b2 aboveground area, primarily dedicated to modern, flexible economic activities in the manufacturing sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
