To increase your chances of finding the perfect home, you need to clearly define what you are looking for, including the number of rooms, the cost of rent, the neighbourhood and the unit type. Set up notifications and be amongst the first to view new listings related to your search.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are all of the properties available for rent listed on the website?<\/summary>

If I am interested in a rental, what is the procedure?<\/summary>

How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to terminate my lease? Do I have to suggest someone to take over the lease before I leave?<\/summary>
