SHOPPING & BUSINESS CENTERS
The SPG Shopping & Business Centers Department offers a combination of services for the management, development and optimisation of shopping and business centers with the aim of meeting the needs of its clients and various interest groups and using synergies to the maximum. For each client and partner, these services are adapted and combined in a flexible and modular way in order to best meet their expectations.
SHOPPING CENTERS
One person from the SPG Shopping & Business Centers Department deals with the management and optimisation of the shopping center and its strategic and financial administration, thus guaranteeing its continuous operation and efficient running of the facilities. This person is responsible for all the services and ensures that they are carried out properly in order to meet the client’s expectations. Performance analyses allow us to keep a continuous and transparent check on costs and to develop a property’s potential by adapting the surface areas and work spaces to the employees, activities and environment of the shopping center. The center can often be made more attractive by a judicious balance between the quality and mixed nature of the shops.
BUSINESS CENTERS
The SPG Shopping & Business Centers Department offers its clients specialised services that aim to provide a functional, user-friendly and safe working environment in which to carry out professional activities. It optimises synergies between the building’s occupants, its work and its facilities. It also ensures maximum profitability of the property under management as well as protection and improvement of the property. For this purpose it also manages the performance of everyday maintenance on the buildings.
