Since 1960, management of co-owned properties has been one of the core areas of SPG's activity. Specialised professionals dedicate themselves exclusively and on a full time basis to these very particular management contracts. In this respect, they are completely separate from our rental property managers.
For each co-owned property, a single representative carries out all mediation between the co-owners, their partners and trade associations.
Our total independence from construction companies gives us complete freedom to act in the sole interests of co-owners.
100% coverage of clients' funds by our available liquid assets, which is attested to each year by our auditors, guarantees total financial security.
A COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE
Since 1960, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE (SPG) has managed all forms of co-owned property. It manages almost 140 co-owned properties in French-speaking Switzerland. With regard to management of condominiums, SPG can pride itself on being one of the leading companies on the Geneva market.
With more than 150 employees, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE offers its clients a service which is both comprehensive and personal and includes all the various aspects of the property management sector.
A PERSONAL APPROACH
Each time a contract is signed, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE delegates a single and qualified representative to it, who provides personal contact, continuous, on-going support and clear information to all co-owners. At the end of each financial year, SPG sends its clients all the accounting data in electronic (CD-ROM) or printed format.
SPECIALISED MANAGEMENT
Our professionals specialised in the management of co-owned properties are experts in all mediation tasks required for the maintenance and development of a shared property. They also use their technical know-how to manage the routine maintenance of the property. They can even provide concrete and immediate solutions for more extensive renovation work, due to their close cooperation with a specialised department that is part of SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE.
GUARANTEED INDEPENDENCE
SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is a property services company. Its memorandum and articles of association do not allow it to participate in property development operations. Furthermore, since SPG does not have any shareholdings in companies in the construction and building sector, it is therefore completely free to select companies to work on its properties using objective criteria. These criteria mainly involve quality and price, and complying with the wishes and instructions of owners and co-owners.
