The soundness of property over the years

• 1960s : the Société Privée de Gérance is founded in 1960.
• 1970s : the SPG participates fully in the general effort to create the housing and commercial space necessary for the economic growth of the region. It builds a reputation of effectiveness based on the quality of its methods of management. Its rapid growth is backed by cautious diversification, and its sectors of activity run from social housing to dealing with international clients.
• 1980s: consolidation of its position in French-speaking Switzerland, notably by partnering with Rytz & Cie SA, leader on the Vaud coast of Lake Geneva.
• 1990s : backed by advanced computer technology, SPG undergoes rapid growth and becomes the reference of the profession in terms of promotion and property management.
• 21st century : the beginning of the 21st century results in the expansion of its international network, which enables SPG to respond to every demand with its partners, leaders in their respective markets who share the same code of ethics.
