THE SPG ONLINE SERVICE
By using this service, it is possible to view the accounts of the buildings managed by SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE through a secure, personalized Internet access.

The SPG ONLINE service can be accessed at the following web address: http://online.spg.ch

Fast and easy to use, this system allows you to consult a number of items of accounting, legal and administrative information about a single building or a real-estate portfolio, that is:

The operating accounts of the buildings and their rental income statementsThe rents collectedThe maintenance and insurance contracts.

Data that can be viewed immediately:
The accounts
The operating accounts of the active period and those of the previous period. The voucher can be displayed if it has a GED document number.

Rental income statements
The floorThe descriptionThe surface areaThe lesseeThe beginning and end of the leaseThe application date of the current rentThe advance noticeThe renewalThe type of leaseThe annual rent
Rents
The details of each rent collected (with display of the value dates)The rents to be collectedThe sums carried overThe advance payments and arrearsThe theoretical rents
Contracts
Maintenance contracts by supplier, with the possibility of displaying the original contract and the last corresponding invoice.The insurance contracts by company, with the possibility of displaying the policy and the last premium.

Confidentiality
In accordance with its confidentiality policy, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE sends its customers who so request a user number and a password in a strictly confidential envelope. An instruction manual is also attached, explaining the procedure to be followed for connection and browsing. This service can also be accessed by several persons chosen by the customer, including the auditor, who will also receive a personal login, as applicable.
