Please provide the following documents for all those responsible for the contract (e.g. students applying for accommodation must provide guarantor documents):
1. IDENTITY
- for Geneva residents :

- for people from another canton :
Permanent residence permit
- for foreigners :
Residence permit B or C
2. CURRENT INCOME
Please provide all documents proving all current income, including : last 3 payslips, AVS income, OCPA, AI, assistance allowance, unemployment benefit form, student grant, apprentice contract, income from inheritance, health insurance subsidy etc. For self-employed, trust certificate, financial statement etc.

4. BANK GUARANTEE
Once accommodation is allocated, a bank guarantee for the duration of the contract and any renewals will be requested. It must be drawn up either by a recognised bank or a deposit company, if the rental agreement is approved by the lessor.
