Ever since it was founded in 1960, SPG has managed a large portfolio of rented, residential, commercial and condominium buildings on behalf of their owners. Today it has become the region's leading property management agency. To fulfil its mission - managing a portfolio of more than 25,000 properties - SPG has organized its department into a central information-processing service and 23 autonomous groups, each consisting of a manager and his/her assistant, supported by the accounting, legal and IT services.
