For each condominium, a single contact person performs all the mediation functions between the co-owners, their partners and the different building trades. Our absolute independence from the players involved in construction gives us complete freedom to act solely in the co-owners’ interests. 100% coverage of customers’ funds by the available liquidity, which is certified each year by our auditor, guarantees total financial security.
AN ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE
SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE has managed all forms of condominium since 1960. It administers nearly 140 condominium buildings in French-speaking Switzerland. When it comes to condominium management, SPG can today legitimately claim to be one of the largest players in the Geneva property market.
A PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Each time a mandate is signed, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE appoints a single, qualified member of staff who ensures personalized contact and constant, long-term follow-up, while providing clear information to all the co-owners. At the end of each financial year, SPG sends its customers all the accounting data in electronic (CD-ROM) or printed form.
Our professionals specialized in condominium management have a command of all the mediation tasks required for the maintenance and value-enhancement of a shared residential building. Since they possess the technical know-how required for works, they can also handle the day-to-day maintenance of the building.
Regarding larger-scale renovation works, they are able to provide immediate, practical solutions thanks to their close co-operation with the specialized department incorporated in Société Privée de Gérance.
SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is a real-estate services company; it is prohibited by its articles of association from taking part in real-estate development operations. Moreover, since SPG does not own any shareholdings in companies operating in the construction and building sector, it is consequently completely free to select the providers of services to the condominiums on the basis of objective criteria. These are based in particular on quality or price, or as requested or instructed by the owners and co-owners.

The corporate purpose of SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is to provide real-estate services. Its articles of incorporation prohibit it from participating in real-estate development operations. Moreover, SPG does not own any shareholdings in construction companies. It can therefore select perfectly independently and objectively the contractors required to carry out works in properties. The criteria taken into account include the quality and price of the proposed services as well as the wishes and instructions of the owners or co-owners.
