With a team of mutilingual professionals, particulary familiar wth the Geneva market and the demand of a clientele with high expectations, this department provides offices of all categories and surface areas, shops and warehouses as well as premises for crafts and industrial activities. The team works on the basis of its existing portfolio - which curently consists of more than one hundred properties - and on the basis of mandates coming from external property ownwers. The staff of the Commercial Rentals Department is in charge of all operations, from advice to the signature of the lease. Property valuation, distribution of documents, ads reservation, publication of item via all available channels, visit of premises, negotiation and drafting of lease. This latter point is of particular significance. In order to satisfy all the parties, each lease contract will be tailored as accurately as possible and will be submitted to lawyer’s supervision.
