CONTINGENCY CHARGES

An apartment is sold on the basis of a valuation. The sale of a plot or an old house is based on a feasibility study, with one or more quantified scenarios. In order to maximize the vendor’s or the buyer’s chances, SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE has its own communication media: an extensive customer file, the magazines IMMORAMA and L'INFORMATION IMMOBILIÈRE, and an Internet site. It also handles the purchase of advertisements in the local media.
Finally, the Group’s experts offer their assistance with the formalities before the notary, the search for financing and the administrative formalities, right up to signing of the contract and handing over of the keys. All these services are offered free of charge and are only invoiced if they are successful. Each customer of SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE deals with a single partner: his/her broker, acting under the responsibility of the department head. This system guarantees decision-making independence, with the Management’s approval.
