AN INTEGRATED AND ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE

Since 2001 the Financing and Insurance department, headed by Claude Atallah, has been available to all future owners (of an apartment, house or building), whether or not they are customers of the SPG Group. It operates in parallel to the real estate brokerage services of the SPG Group (see the sheets Residential sales: houses, apartments and plots and Property sales). The head of the Financing and Insurance department makes a comprehensive, neutral and personalized analysis of the client's financial situation with a view to purchasing a property. He organizes calls for  nancing quotations from banking institutions and insurance companies. He provides a comparative analysis of the various banking and insurance products available on the market and advises the customer. He implements the  nancing (or re nancing) plan that has been chosen. He proceeds in a similar manner for any request for insurance. Other analyses are done for the customer’s taxation, inheritance or company-pension situation.

A SPECIALIZED DEPARTMENT

The head of the Financing and Insurance department has an in-depth knowledge of the banking and insurance markets and maintains a special relationship with the  nancial institutions (banks, independent  nancial advisory companies), insurance companies and professionals involved with real estate (notaries, attorneys-at-law, etc.).

A SERVICE OPEN TO EVERYBODY

The Financing and Insurance department is available to any person who is interested in purchasing a property, to all owners having already one or more properties and who wish to renew or renegotiate their mortgage(s), whether or not the latter are maturing and whether or not they are a customer of the SPG Group: private individuals wishing to purchase a main residence or a holiday home, investors wishing to invest capital for a speci c period of time, companies wishing to develop their activities on several sites, etc.

A FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE

The planning offered by the Financing and Insurance department is, in principle, not invoiced to the customer, except in special cases. These services are  nanced directly by the banks or insurance companies. The SPG Group cooperates inde pendently with those institutions.

LIABILITY

SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is liable in the event of error, negligence or erroneous information on the part of the advisor in his/her work as an intermediary.

DATA PROTECTION

The data forwarded to the Financing and Insurance department of SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE are treated con dentially and in compliance with the legal data protection requirements. The data originating from contractual documents and the processing of contracts are forwarded to the insurance companies
and banks. Those companies use these data to determine their quotation and the premium, to assess the risks, to process any insurance claim, and for statistical evaluations. The data are stored in physical or electronic form.
