  • Non-prosecution certificate from the 'Office des poursuites' (dated less than three months ago)
  • Financial statement / P&L account / 'rapport de révision' (review report) for the last three years (for self-employed and companies)
  • Extract from companies register (for companies)

For the property :

  • Current statement from the Land register or copy of purchase contract (project)

  • Act of constitution and distribution plan
  • PPE regulations
