Professional associations

The SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is a trusted member of several professional property associations. Membership of these various central property associations demonstrate to the public that the SPG Group is made up of skilled and properly trained property business professionals. It ensures strict financial management through regular and strict inspections.

USPI-Geneva
The Swiss Union of Geneva Property Professionals (USPI Geneva) is the property professionals association in French-speaking Switzerland. It currently has around 40 members who are active in management, agency, property development promotion, evaluation and consulting (www.uspi-ge.ch).
The SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE has been part of the "Green Label" programme since September 2008 (attestation 2012), designed by USPI Geneva. One of the missions of this programme is to make major energy savings in managed property. This is part of the wider éco21 project (www.eco21.ch).




APGCI

The principal role of L'Association Professionnelle des Gérants et Courtiers en Immeubles de Genève (APGCI) is to train property personnel (www.apgci.ch).
It founded the Institut d’études Immobilières (IEI or Institute of Property Studies), which was created in 1985. Its members are involved in property management and agency work.
According to data supplied by APGCI, the SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE trains around 25% of all apprentices in the Geneva property sector.




Geneva Property Chamber

The Geneva Property Chamber (CGI) represents Geneva owners before the canton and the Swiss Confederation authorities. It takes care of all political and practical issues around ownership and property. It also aims to encourage property ownership and its members include future buyers (www.cgionline.ch).
