Messages may be written in lower or upper case. To receive numbers on your phone rapidly, press and hold for a few seconds. If you do not receive a message confirming your registration on the same day, please try again.
Text messages are sent once daily, in the morning, provided properties are available in the requested category.
You may sign up to receive more than one service. To do this, simply sign up to the categories selected.
E.g. if you wish to receive adverts for 4-rooms subsidised and 5-room subsidised, you will need to sign up twice.
Cost: CHF 0.20/TEXT. This amount is invoiced by mobile telephone operators. The service provided by SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE is free. All messages sent are invoiced by your operator.
This service is in addition to the range of search options that the SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE provides free of charge: multi-criteria search on this site, e-mail subscription system (see above), lists of vacant properties on this site and at the Letting Department reception, which is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm non-stop (Route de Chêne 36, CH-1208 - Tel : +41 22 707 46 46).
After visiting premises, and if interested, registrations are taken at the SOCIÉTÉ PRIVÉE DE GÉRANCE (Route de Chêne 36, CH-1208 - Tel: +41 22 707 46 46).
